$700 Prototype - Python Django GAE

I need you to create the first rough prototype of my next product, which will help people structure software requirements. Note that I won't choose the cheapest bidder because I'm looking for quality, and when I decide to continue with development, you'll be the first I'll consider to do it. I wan't even consider bids from people that don't prove in their bid they have read and understood the project description. I need the platform to be Python and Django, hosted on Google App Engine, so I'll prefer people that have some experience with those technologies. I need this prototype in 4-6 weeks. I expect the progress to be explained in weekly reports with clickable prototype after each week. For all that time I'm available for discussion, suggestions, etc. Since this is a prototype, no "100% polish" is needed, but I expect all of the required features to work. In the attached text file is described what the prototype should do. It's not much but I tried to be detailed, so don't get afraid if it seems long. Note that this is only the (small) part of the final product. I expect you to tell me your estimate how long this will take, how much should I pay you and your relevant experience with such projects. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Python/Django/Google App Engine
