SE Pay 4 Listing Script Change

I am creating a search engine that will be like Yahoo and DMOZ but with a very unique twist that will be given to the programmer I choose. I have found a script that can be changed easily and should not take the programmer much time to modify. I would like to use smart search at [login to view URL] changed to my needs that are listed below. No need for a pay 4 click SE. I am open to other suggestion on scripts. How it will work. People and companies will pay reoccurring monthly fees on where they will want to place their website in a specific subcategories based categories of each state, national, world and people. Adult websites will not be allowed at this search engine and I need a permanent filter. There will also be no free listings besides what the search extracts from the web. Search results will be legally drawn from search engines while paid sites remain on top. People and businesses will also have their own profile page that can be searchable or they can have this option off. The companies and people will be ranked in their categories based on how much they bid. So if they bid the minimal of $10 per month they will be placed lower and if they bid a $1000 they will be placed higher and so on. Paid for listing search engine…. Placed in directory and placed with bidded keywords Reoccurring monthly payments Place more sites with extra payment Bidding system by how much they pay is where they get listed Top bidders get placed on main page and highest bidders get placed on every page A secure script that can be edited via the web. An extensive directory with main categories for people, all 50 states, national and world. People will also be in each category as a main sub categories as well as the main categories that are similar to DMOZ and Yahoo!. Search engine extras news image search audio reference, directory, shopping through Amazon, games. Will look like Yahoo & Altavista.
