Ecommerce and Affiliate Software Selection & Implementation

This bid covers the first stage of a three stage project: Stage 1: Recommend Ecommerce and Affiliate Software Stage 2: Implement and customize the software Stage 3: Train me on the software The timeframe to reach the end of Stage 2 is about 3 weeks. ====================== Details ====================== Stage 1: Recommend Ecommerce and Affiliate Software 1. There are two sites, the primary one needs both ecommerce and affiliate software, the second one needs only affiliate software. 2. Please see the attached spreadsheet for requirements of each site. 3. It is not required that the affiliate software for both sites be the same, but it is highly desired. 4. Third party software is required. Some of the software vendors I've looked at are in the spreadsheet, and I am open to other vendors at your suggestion. 5. I am open to both hosted and installed software, I have hardware and bandwidth available. 6. I would expect that the costs for Stage I would be extremely low. Following Stage I, I will purchase or sign up for the software. The successful coder from Stage I will then proceed to Stages 2 and 3. I will use only a single coder for all three stages. Stage 2: Implement and customize the software 1. This is the biggest stage. Detailed requirements will be defined jointly with the successful coder. 2. General requirements for site 1: (See spreadsheet.) Just a few products to start, growing to 100 products max. Ability to handle coupons, upsells, checkout-page specials is crucial. Also required is seamless integration with [url removed, login to view] and paypal, quickbooks export, and crm functions. Must support 2 or 3 tiers of affiliates. 3. General requirements for affiliate software for site 2: See spreadshhet. Stage 3: Train me on the software Thank you for your interest in this project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
