133407 TOPLIST / TOP REFER SITE

I Need a toplist or top referer for my site. It should work like this: The guest webmaster should be able to sign up for a unique LinkID. That ID is tracked by the script about how many valid clicks are sent to My website. The script will list the guest webmasters in order of the amount of clicks they send. A reciprical link is required on all guest webmasters. This Recip will be an image with the correct linking code attached. We will host the image or the guest webmaster can choose to download it. The script will check to be sure every x days that the link is still valid. The format needs to be adjustable: Rows, Column height, background color / image, font, size and color. There should also be an option to force and selected Guest webmaster to any position selected for promotional purposes. I need this ASAP and will pay Immediately upon completion. Eli
