We need a branded call recording/monitoring application written or rebranded. It will passively tap two PRIs on the trunk-side with a sangoma A102 recording all calls to and from a Norstar MICS 7.1.
Record and archive all calls passing through the two PRIs.
The ability to Search recordings based on caller id/SMDR data.
The ability to email recordings to clients.
Monitor calls in real time while recording.
A web interface for our clients to search and listen to recordings belonging to them.
Call accounting functions such as agent reports, ect.
Off site backup and archive.
