This is just to get an idea of how much a job like this might cost, currently do not have financial resources available but are interested in implementing this plan in the future.
We would like to have an interactive calendar where clients can view available times to schedule a service call and see the times and days of the month that are available to schedule. They would be able to click on the day and time that best suites their schedule and fill out a service request form that is stored in a temporary holding place. Each day is divided up into 3 hour appointment availabilities (9-12, 1-3, and 3:30-6:30).
An administrator can log into a section that lists the service requests in the order of when they were submitted. He would then call the client to verify the time and other business procedures, and then have the ability to edit the information, delete the entire request, or authorize the data as an appointment for the desired time and day.
The added data would make changes to the calendar so that the new appointment is added and clients can see which block is unavailable or available. This will increase productivity and reduce responce time while at the same time of avoiding appointment conflicts. The managing area will also list all of the appointments that were confirmed and have options to edit or delete those tasks (if the client changes times or cancels appointment).
Once again, this is just to get an idea of how much a job like this might cost. Please bid as if you were applying for the actual job.
