Long -term, full-time Programmer Role (INDIVIDUALS ONLY)

I am looking for a skilled and trustworthy programmer to work exclusively for me working on internet and web based application development.

I am looking to build a long term relationship with a person who can help me design and build applications starting with high level requirements, and going down to detailed coding recommendations.

Your main skills should include PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache and XMLRPC experience. Good communication skills and ability to communicate well in the english language are also important.

If your ideal job is to sit in front of your PC and build reliable and efficient web based applications, with a commitment to meeting a deadline on every project, and the confidence to offer advice on best development practise, you are the person I am looking for.

I am looking for one person to work with me for at least 6 months - if we hit it off and get along well, this time period can be extended indefinitely.

I am happy to negotiate the project fee. I need to work on fixed costs to support my ongoing budget.
