Generate a POST request from a PHP-MySQL application.
The POST must contain a minimum set of data derived from an open source PHP-MySQL application's database, including a full file name, relative path and Database ID. The POST request will be received by a JSON handler on a .NET app. It can be run as a daily cron job or called from another program/script.
This is a very straight-forward project, so should be easy for you to budget.
