Need Long Term Programmers

Our company is in need of long term programmers to work for us.. we are going to give out jobs on a per project basis.. it will work like this: - You give us a quote for an idea of what rate of pay (in U.S. dollars if possible) you will work for on a weekly basis (assume 6-8 hours, 5 days per week) - We will then review the bids and those who we find give us good rates we will then show you projects that we have.. we have an idea of how long each project should take so we will come to an agreement on a per project basis - So we are asking for a weekly pay rate.. but we will actually be paying per job (the weekly rate gives us a good idea of your rates, but it works best for both of us, we feel, when we pay per project) thanks and we look forward to talking with everyone who gives us a good rate.
