Im looking for someone to create a program either in php or c++ that will connect to a proxy server and from there connect to another site. So in reality what im looking for is a updated proxy list with valid ips i can connect to and the from there connect to another website so it looks like that website is getting alot of hits.
I already have a php script using fsockopen() to do the trick the only prb is i dont have a hugh list of proxy ips. So it would be cool if the program can always get a udpated proxy list before using each ip, which i feel a c program would do better.
Well anyone intrested to work for me on this project feel free to bid.

Hey, I already have the perfect program to do this with, what it does is it downloads proxies off sites and then checks them to make sure they work... There are usually 5000+ new proxies a week. Thanks, Marc
