Looking for Web Design Company

I am looking for a web design company to form a long term relationship with. Must have minimum of ten prior customers on here and a MINIMUM 90% excellent feedback. First project will be a real estate website with IDX set up for all of USA. Don't want frames. Want to add own listing numbers to properties if not on the MLS. Buyers and clients features, set up web page for customers, online real estate forms transaction system with zip forms and other real estate transactions forms (extra features for membership fee), lead management, resources, calculators, pdf downloads, CMS set up for needs of realtors and lenders, virtual tour, feedback, drip email, map, realtor and neighborhood information as added features, SEO optimization, etc. This is the general idea. I will pay $1500 for this and want to do several other sites after this. Looking for a great company with professional attitude that does timely excellent work. High experience with advanced real estate website features to start this relationship is a must.
