This will be the first project of many for the right provider! I have a 2 step process for a site I am working on and I need the glue between the steps programmed. ALOT of the groundwork has already been laid All you will need to do is sow together the different pieces. The zip file at this address has all the example documents: Here is the project description: I would like to have the following pages programmed. The user flow should be as follows: User comes to a front page - [login to view URL] 1) That page needs to be skinned to match [login to view URL] - A PSD is provided: [login to view URL] 2) User enters information into form The questions will behave as follows: 1- user chooses 1 problem area 2- user chooses # of years 3- user chooses yes or no 4- user enters height in feet and inches -In the background short/medium/tall is determined 5- User enters current weight 6- User enters target weight -In background the difference between the two is calculated 7- User enters contact info 3) When user hits submit a number of things must happen: 1- The following info is passed to [login to view URL] Autorespodner in he background Example file of GR form is: [login to view URL] The info passed is: a) name b) email c) phone d) (current weight - target weight) e) problem area f) biggest weight loss challenege 2- The following variables are passed forward and pre-populated on the form on the next page Example file of next page form is [login to view URL] a) name -> first name b) email c) phone 3- Using the PHP in place Dynamic answers are inserted into the text of [login to view URL] Example file of PHP with answers is [login to view URL] NOTE: The survey answers will need to be dispersed where ever I see fit on the index_GR_UC page. The full answers are currently not fully defined. In particular right now the script insists on displaying all answers in one continuous block. You will need to create separate code snippets for each answer that I can place on the page in any order with any number of things between them. NOTE: For the current weight and desired weight fields (on the survey page) they should be text fileds NOT the drop downs they are now. The user will enter numbers as their weight. The dynamic answer should be calculated as current weight - desired weight = the difference. The difference rounded up to the nearest 10 (10, 20, 30 etc) is the value that should be returned in the following page. For the height answers please do the calculation and return one of the following 3 variables: If height ft is less than 5 return = short If height ft = 5 and height inches is less than 8 return = average Else if height ft is equal to or greater than 5 and height inches is equal to or greater than 8 return = tall For answers that are not set please just put the field name Example: Family_history_Yes or Family_history_no. I know this sounds complicated but all the frame work is already there. it should just be a matter of: 1) setting everything up 2) submitting the answers to the auto responder in the background 3) pre populating the fields 4) passing the variables appropriately 5) stylign the pages Please ask as many questions as you would like and let me know a quote for the work as soon as possible i would like to have it completed by next monday 4/28.
