Oscommerce Paypal WPP + Express Checkout module error

I had some malware removed from my store and that broke my dynamoeffects Paypal WPP + Express checkout module. When the customer tries to checkout without an account they are taken to the create account page instead of straight to the checkout process. Need someone to fix asap.
