remote sql to client

we want you develop a client server architecture .

1) we got stock market realtimedata in our remote sql.

2) creating a server client architecture to recieve the data in client desktop.

3) conversion of data to meta stock fromat @ client local machine and feed the softwares like metastock and amibroker.

4) controlling the client subscription thru php
