Right now I am sending marketing emails using Sendblaster and Amazon SES (using SMTP). After sending my first 10,000 emails I had about a 10% bounce rate which translates to 1000 emails in my inbox that I have to open, copy the email address and then remove from my list. I want to use the [url removed, login to view] service which collects bounces and complaints for me, but in order to use this service I have to provide the Return-Path parameter. This is not possible using Amazon SES (using SMTP). I have to use Amazon SES (using the AWS SDK) to be able to provide the Return-Path parameter. Please see the following Amazon SES blog entry:
[url removed, login to view]
I need someone to help me set this up as described in the blog above (using Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET). I want to be able to send my emails using Amazon SES (using the AWS SDK) and provide the Return-path parameter to [url removed, login to view] and collect my bounced emails easily. In addition to setting this up I need to be shown how to use the final product so that I can use it on my own.
Please read the project first and write the word "Understood". Also write your steps and suggestions to complete the project with a short description of what you understood.

Understood. I am experienced AWS developer and have enough experience in most of the AWS including SES, SQS and SNS. However, I worked in Java, so please confirm if I can develop your solution in Java. Please ignore i Plus
