Sortable jquery list

You need to use jquery.
For the addition of an element:
I can choose a color (by clicking on the color, it will open the block of color) and give a name to this color.
When I click Add, it adds the element to mysql and it refreshes the list in ajax. The element will last in the list.
I can move each element in the list, the position will be saved in mysql every time I change.
I can edit an item by clicking on the text itself. When I click on the text, it opens an input. When I click elsewhere, it deletes it.
We can remove an item. To delete there will be a confimation message "A you sure to delete this Item, Yes | NO" (not alert) to confirm.
