Site modification

These requirements add functionality. Some of the change leverages what is already there with some new bits.

To see the current functionality, go to [url removed, login to view] and register. you can then see what is currently there. If you want to see the sort boxes functionality more than once, you will need to register different user names each time.

The modifications include building the functionality, putting it in a testing environment and then loading it to the current site on Godaddy:

New Registration and Log-in requirements, now using the email address of the user and email to communicate a temporary password to the user.

Human Resources use of the competencies screens. This will allow the HR manager to define the competencies needed for a job. It includes the ability of the HR manager to set up hiring managers who have limited access to the system. Essentially the HR manager will set up a userID and password for the hiring manager and ask the hiring manager to go through the competencies evaluation process. This will then generate sentences that can be used in the job description.

Job Seeker Accountability Chart functionality is designed to help job-seekers stay on track with their job search. It is a simple input and output functionality that leverages email occasionally.
