I have already started this project for a client and have some of this already done. I actually have to go out of town and will not be able to complete this project by the deadline. I need someone who can work quickly and have this done by Saturday Morning. Below is a brief overview of the script needed. I have a worked demo of what I need and I can provide this upon acceptance of project. This shouldnt take that long to do for an experienced programmer.
I prefer a "Associate Login" as the main page of the main website to be the entrance to the buyers management software entry screen.
I'd like three options for this screen
1. Start a New Property
2. Search for an existing Property
-I'd like this option to open up to a screen giving the associate the ability to locate a specific property by address, or search properties on a broader scale, like entering just the street name and having the ability to see everything we have researched or purchased in the past on one particular street for example.
This function only needs to give me, the super user, the ability to add and remove new users.
Start a new property
I would like this screen to be titled Property Analysis and to contain the following twelve fields for data entry:
1. Acquisition Associate- from a drop down box
2. Full address- Street number, street name, ave/st/ln/etc, city, state, zip
3. Estimated After Repair Value
4. Total Estimated Repair Cost
5. Acquisition Cost
6. Company Fee
7. Sales Price (Auto-calculated by adding Acquisition Cost and Company Fee)
8. Heated Square Footage
9. Bedrooms (number of)
10. Bathrooms (number of)
11. Garage (room for a one sentence description)
12. Year Built
Also, to the left of this screen I would like four tabs navigating to further functions:

-This function will create a cover sheet for a marketing brochure regarding the specific property, it shall be headed with a company logo and be auto-populated with fields 2-4 and 7-12 of the Property Analysis.
This function will auto-populate property specific information and unspecific/generic information into a standard real estate purchase contract to be printed for the use of the associate in acquiring the property.
This function will act in a similar function to the Acquisition Contract function although designed for the other side of the transaction, the sale of teh property. The standard real estate contract will be populated and printed along with a few additional forms of paper work.
All of the templates will be provided by my web design partner. When I say templates Im talking about the printable brochure and sales contract. etc etc. You will just need to pull the values from the SQL DB and plug them in where needed.

Do not worry about design. For now, i need this on a white page and my designer will implement his template.
Like I said, you will be completing the project I started. I have the search feature and the adding property feature already coded. These WILL need to be modified to reflect the above. The search feature needs to provide all the info found on the results page. You will then make a template that plugs in the values of the property and a link from the search results to the property_view will be needed.
