PHP / Smarty Application needs an updated Admin Section

I have a PHP / SMARTY / MYSQL based software that is in need to have an updated Admin area setup. The software works fine, it has admin area defined already but needs to be organized and spiced up a bit. It is too broken up, there are areas that do not work, i simply need a nice looking web 2.0 type, simpler admin area with same functionality. Some of you will get the software, you will install it and provide feedback. As much as i like to spend time helping you find everything, i would need someone who is a self starter. Again, you should be a self starter and should be fluent in PHP / SMARTY. Install the software, play around with the admin area and provide me a quote.
