We need a Cerberus helpdesk (self hosted, mySQL database) to be migrated to Zendesk (online service with REST API).
We just need the existing Cerberus tickets (tickets, messages, status, owners) to be imported to our Zendesk. Other Cerberus features (contacts, addresses, tasks, knowledgebase, ...) are not being used and do not need to be imported.
We use Cerberus Helpdesk Version 5.1.2 (Build 2010102501)
