97544 Geo Event Plotter

I need some custom coding for 4 modules. This is for a client that already has a site w/postnuke and wants these additions: 1st Mod: GeoEventPlotter - Based on user added info( such as location of his office, location of a crime scene, etc. either by street address or long-lat), plot the geographic location on top of a map. The map would be zoomable from entire USA down to street level. The pixel or icon used to show the user plotted location would be user customizable by clickart type graphics. The zoomed view would also change the icon properties so that if the entire US was shown, then the icons would be pixel size and if a city was shown then the icons would resize appropriately. Admin would have control over the resizing properties of the icons overall so he could adjust to his liking. Icons should be clickable so that when clicked, user is taken to the "project page" created by icon maker(a form fill type blog). Also when hovering over an icon critical information from certain fields in the 'project page' is shown in a callout. Other fields from the 'project page' should also show up around the icon when zoomed into a certain level. This would be a 'star' view. The icon would have callouts surrounding it such as Crime Date, thumbnail size photos of evidence found, suspect thumbnail photo, etc. Certain icons(determined by the creator user) can be connected to each other with various colors of lines, similar to a network diagramming view, some lines representing connected crimes, others representing connected evidence, etc. This GeoEventPlotter should also have an option to read a data file and plot the info in that file rather than read from the project page or read both, plotting both on the same map. It should also have an option to read multiple Project Pages (selected by the user) and plot all on the map. 2nd mod: A filter to allow the users to show the map and only certain icons such as personal blogs(within this site), blogs with certain keywords found, police department locations, crimes by certain type, crimes by date, crimes by certain evidence, etc. 3rd mod: Integrate a personal blog that can be plotted on the map. The icon would change from a simple 2d icon sized appropriately for the current zoom level, to a pulsating 3d icon with more and more animation as the number of blog entries increase. The icon would also change colors when a new entry has been made within the last 24 hours. A visual way of seeing what blogs have new posts and what blogs are the most active. 4th mod: Scrollable Timeline pulling information from the GeoEventPlotter and Project Page. All events plotted are clickable and use hover callouts to show certain info from the project page fields. All of these mods interact with each other and share info from the postnuke mysql database. The user should be able to allow editing rights to other users of his/her choice. A multiuser collaboration. Of course all of this will be integrated into postnuke. The thumbnails mentioned should be able to be pulled from Coppermine for postnuke. PHPBB2 will also be used. I will need a script to read all entries in the current and future phpbb2 forums and scrape the street addresses and then plot them on the map, clickable, taking them to the phpbb2 entry. Since phpbb2 will be used, maybe that would be better than a seperate blog module. A button should be available at all times to pull up a google map of the current map view. By doing this the user will be able to select 'Satellite' to view an actual overhead photo of the current map location. Use long-lats for this. This Timeline should also have an option to read data files rather than Project Page info. It also should be able to plot from multiple Project pages and data files. All lines of code must be well documented to allow anyone to support it later on. Of course proper and approved postnuke coding is important.
