Step 1:
I would like to have a fresh installation of the latest stable magento CE release on my server. It should be FULLY working
The server has a different store in the root, so you need to install in a subfolder of this server . I can provide FTP/SSH/C-panel access.
Step 2:
After installation you have to install this theme:

We have purchased the theme already. You only have to install it.
The domain ([login to view URL]) we want the shop on is in our c-panel as well and you should activate it in the dns settings.
No custom work, no design work, no extensions.
Should be a bid close to the minimum here on freelancer I guess.
