.sh script database backup trezorg only

write a sh script it need take daily databasebackups from 3 databases every 12 hours he need add this backups in a defined directory in this format: [url removed, login to view] after 14 days it need delete backups that are older than 14 days this script will run later with a cronjob please give me also the command to run this cronjob in webmin
i would like it use this command to make the backups because this i use over years and never have problems
mysqldump -u DBUSER --password=DBPASSWORD --opt DATABASENAME > /home/mybackupdirectory/[url removed, login to view]
