PHP mail function, Qmail and sendmail not sending email need quick fix

Budget $30-250 USD

Right now my linux server is not sending out emails from phpfox script using phpmailer, there is problem with qmail and sendmail, server is centos 5.8 and plesk 9.5. This function worked before but I had to update my centos. if you are knowledgable to fix this.

Please note the phpfox script is working fine.
