We get "500 Internal server error" s when updating our website [url removed, login to view]
The errors only occur when we are logged into the back end and attempting to make updates, but they happen all the time.
We have good shared hosting, and they have told us that the issue is that we are exceeding our maximum band width of 64M.
The site is not that large nor that complicated, so we wonder why this is happening.
We need help to fix this issue, but we cannot move to dedicated hosting. Is there a solution within a shared hosting environment?
Please bid to do all the work necessary to fix this issue (for example, if the issue is caused by one of the plugins, removing the plugins and installing an alternative one with the same functionality that will fix the problem.)
The following plugins are installed:
- All in One SEO Pack
- Contact Form 7
- Exclude Pages from Navigation
- Gold Cart for WP e-Commerce
- Google Analytics
