This mini-site is to send a monthly 1page fax newsletter and manage the users who receive it.

The typical experience:
A mortgage lender visits the site, doesn't need to login because it's on a cookie, and enters contact data of a new realtor they have met. Once entered, that realtor recieves an initial welcome letter, the text of which is customized by that agent, and each month thereafter recieves a newsletter fax.

the mortgage lender is billed once a year for the service automatically and pays by check (billing 90 days til due, 60, and 30; svc shutoff if not paid, and must be paid to start for 6mo's or 1yr).

The details:
in addition to the above, a management screen allows basic admin controls, and any unpaid account goes to "inactive" (no fax, but data is stored). The actual faxing can be done via winfax or similar modem-based program. Tying this together is probably the trickiest part...but I'm not a coder. Workflow will be to just make an ugly but functional site, and once working, we'll dress up the php..

each agent is allowed to customize only the startup letter text; their name/co/logo is merged into the form. The recipient realtor is mail-merged into the fax..

The mini site must have the ability to establish a new account with a username, password, address, phone1, phone2, fax, email, firstname, lastname, company, logoimage, city, state, zip..

The user stays logged in via cookie unless explicitly logged out.
.
the user enters (and stores on our SQL db), names of their realtor partners who are to recieve the newsletter. The user enters firstname, lastname, company, phone1, phone2, fax, email, address1, city, state, zip. This realtor will recieve a monthly fax until unsubscribed or three unsuccessful fax attempts..

This will be the backbone of a status-fax system to follow..
