Extend existing WordPress/MySQL website & include REST services

Extend an existing WordPress based site to include new database tables, product add/edit/search/view functions. New web pages will be required which allow testing from web pages and the resulting functionality should be exposed via a set of web services which allow external sites to access our data. Professional design skills are not required, most important thing is functionality. Site uses a LAMP stack therefore expert knowledge of each area will be required.
