Self Replicating Site with Flash Presentation

I want to create a web site that will replicate separate web sites for my network marketing team members. The replicated web sites will be used to feature 3 flash presentations which will detail the products and business opportunity. Each team member will have all three presentations available on separate URL's, so they can forward separate domains to each one. At the end of each presentation should be a form to submit contact info to the individual team member's chosen email address. I need someone who can suggest an off-the-shelf solution (cost of which is not included in the bid, but would be subject ot my approval), or code it all from scratch. If we use an off-the-shelf solution, it must be customized to meet my requirements. Also, need to put together the flash presentations with data we provide. Voice over audio will be created on our end. The replicator software should not include features allowing the team members to change anything, but should merely serve up their pages and send them an email with their URL's once they have signed up online. Need an e-commerce interface so they can pay by credit card. Should provide place for me to change price, but charge on an annual basis. Should preferably include an affiliate interface where team members can earn a commission for referring others to subscribe, and allow me to credit their accounts instead of paying out commissions if I want to do it that way. Replicator and remaining set up should run in Linux and Unix environment. Please suggest a price for this job.
