Upgrading Joomla 1.5 to 2.5

We need to upgrade are existing and working JOOMLA 1.5 site to newest 2.5 version. ([login to view URL])

We have few customized components but mainly we are concerned about JOOMFish and SEF404 (we have 2 languages and custom URLs)

I will consider only "human" bids e.g quote "ariext menu and dj image slider"

Please check our existing JOOMLA and give me bid - expected time for finish is not important - price is.
