Paypal checkout for merch sales on heavy metal band website

Install and customizea Paypal checkout system to allow us to sell t-shirts and caps and other simple merchandise on an existing Joomla website . Site is up and running and simply need to add in the module, edit, customize and it should be good to go. Need ability to login to Joomla backend and add merchandise, pics, prices etc and front-end for shoppers to select, checkout, pay with paypal and then return to site after paypal.
