Joomla 1.7 Templating

You should be knowledgable on the Gantry Framework and build template using Gantry Framework. Provide 6 styles (different color schemes) There is need for a frontpage view and internal page views. This is for a custom component that we developed specific for car dealerships. We are actually in need of 3 different templates and would like to release a brand new template every 3 months (4 templates a year) Would be an extra bonus if you can do graphic design work yourself for less hand holding. We would like to find someone who can help produce all this and we do have plans on launching two template clubs in the near future.
