Fortisart.net wordpress template

Please I have a tight budget and am just starting out building a company. As a company we will be providing online services especially web hosting and domain management, bulksms, SEO and web design. We are looking for a joomla2.5 template and wordpress themes. The themes and the website content such as images including the menus must be responsive (mobile friendly). The theme must have very clear and readable fonts ( we recommend google fonts). We have blue, black and white as our corporate colors and the theme(template) respect that. We will take you on as long as you present us with at least one or two joomla/wordpress responsive templates you've developed so far. Hope for an urgent response.
