Create Vtiger account and synchronize with joomla.

I want you to create an Vtiger account, and customize it as my specs. You will have to do all the work, I don’t even have any account yet. When finished, it will be completed and ready for me to log in and use it. I need it to be synchronized with my website. Im using JomSocial as an social network, and im using DTregister for my business. You must be able to synchronize all custom fields in both jomsocial and DTregister with Vtiger. Please read the attached document before making any bid. When making an bid, confirm that you are able to complete all the task, or what you don’t think is possible.
