web verification with image + tracking code

i would like to make a site trust verification (?more less like trustee or mcaffee [url removed, login to view] or like a SSL validation -- [url removed, login to view] (scroll down you may see some html code )

this script should be auto made an image that updated everyday, and this script given to my client who buy certification from me. the client get the code to put on their website then when someone click on the image / badges it will popup to our site and the users can rate or give some comment into it.

i need the script real fast so i just need those who have experience on this project before, or expert enough on it.
