Web gaming QUIZ application

A web developer is needed to develop a web gaming application with PHP. This is an online quiz application where people can login to play and win prizes as they progress. The cost of playing the game will be deducted from the credits n their phone. Key functions of the application would include; 1. The web application would be optimized for mobile phones but would have a template that can be loaded for the PC 2. For flow and logic of the application please consult doc_1.0 (released to serious bidders) 3. For rules of the game that would guide you in the programming logic please consult doc_1.1 (released to serious bidders) 4. The application will have the ability to select questions randomly from different database tables and also expire questions that have been selected. 5. This application must be built using a standard framework like zend or codeIgniter 6. Issuance of random verification codes to client and ability to handle verification 7. The application would handle mobile payment processing (Deducting credit from the user’s phone) 8. A degree of table or column level encryption would be nice to have (Not mandatory) 9. Easy access to load data into the application from the admin page 10. Easy interface for running reports based on several criteria
