URGENT - PSD to Dynamic and Premium Wordpress Theme

Hi, I am a graphic designer but unfortunately with not enough knowledge in Programmation and Wordpress to develop dynamic websites. I'm looking for someone to help me with the integration of a PSD layout into a powerful and professional Wordpress theme. I already have a premium theme that I can deliver to the winner to help him in the coding job, but my website will have totally different look and some functions will differ so if you can make it from scratch, this is appreciated. You see what is best for you. === some examples of features === - I built a gallery for the main page that I've aleady coded in php and js, but I need to had more effects via jquery, and to create a settings pannel in the Dashboard of wordpress for easy images/text editing. - a multiple CSS Styles and the possibility to select from 5-10 custom CSS styles from admin area (I should be able to make the stylesheets by myself but I need the "multiple choices" tool to be installed in the admin area for this - the creation of custom style shortcodes easy to insert from wordpress Wysiwyg editor - the possibility to create custom widgets an sidebars ====== I want to stress the fact that almost all these functions are already coded in the premium theme that I will deliver, I just need to adapt the functions to my design. I do not require any design job for this project, all the design aspect will be done by me, I just need a good partner to help me with the coding part. I also need very very good communication for this project! I can speak english, french and spanish, so feel free to contact me if you're fluent in one of these languages. This is a quite urgent project that should be done quickly for a Wordpress Expert. But I prefer quality to speed. I'll recompensate the winner when project ends and is conform to my expectations.
