Two Joomal 1.0x website don't work after update to php 5.3.3

I have two Joomla 1.0x websites that do not work after update to php 5.3.3

I need you to

1. remove the component jaclplus (as it seems to be at least part of the problem) from the joomla installation for both sites

2. Solve any other problems so that the websites would workagain.

I'll post the URLs of the two websites as a message, and will make ftp and other access information available to the bidder I award the project to.
