Social Network master required!! (jomsocial only)

Hi everybody and tanks for biding, I am looking for a programmer with experience in creating social networks on jomsocial, I have PSD files ready for my social network and I am open to suggestions, I want my PSDs make into a functional and reliable social network by making them a template for jomsocail I will also need some mudule coding for some of the special functions i will need.
The final result hast have the following features:
• Capability to handle 500.000 or more (for real)
• 100 % Multilanguage with easy translations from backend
• Profile (with general descriptions/tagline)
• Photos, Videos, articles (public photos / private photos, which user can selectively reveal to others, public video, private video)
• Mailbox (unread, received, sent, saved messages)
• Search option (should be able to search by area, user details, interests etc.)
• Chat (between fiends and random chat with somebody online)
• Create/Manage/Join groups
• Content sharing system (articles)
• Point system to encourage people to participate
• Several modules for monetization and other functionality
• All the basic functionality on Facebook.( Olso same type of interactive buttons java or ajax funcinality )
I am not in a hurry with this and I will take the time to find the best man for this project, I am an honest person and I am looking for an honest freelancer that is serious about the work he does I will not send money over until the project is done (I had some bad experiences) .
Please send me some examples of your previous experiences, I am open to use any CMS that can give that functionality with speed and reliability and also to programing a PHP from ground if you are able to do it. My budget is 1000 dollars so if you are not on that range don’t waste your time.
