Shas Initiative Submission Script

Our website is www.shasinitiative.com. We are a not for profit organization looking to  make the site workable. The website has an input form with method POST, which should be able to output the data to a script. This is the form: [login to view URL] We have a code written in Silverlight, which can store the info in a SQL database and dynamically display an output of the current database contents. The graph and scripts worked on the old website, but now that the site is redesigned using Wordpress, they are incompatible. The script would need to be ported into PHP, though the table output should be the same (although we are open to suggestions).
