UI-PHP-Javascript app merge

An experienced web developer wanted to integrate our travel meta-search application with the User Interface into a deployable site. The application and the desired UI are now separate. The two need to be combined and delivered into a single deployable web application. Certain clean up maybe necessary, but all main functionality and the UI are there. - The search app is in PHP and has three core search pages - Flights, Hotels, and Car rentals. The app launches searches on other travel site with a single itinerary. - The travel search app is currently in a "wireframe UI". - The desired UI is CSS/HTML. Heavy on CSS - Both have lots of Javascript and AJAX that needs to be selectively merged. - The app relies on (MySQL & XML-based) autosuggest to populate destination names and return global variables (city or airport names) which it passes to other sites to launch search. - See some screeenshots attached of both UI and the app The app runs on Linux on a shared server, where it must be delivered and verified. Must have strong skills in: - CSS/HTML - Ajax - Javascript - PHP - MySQL END ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The coder agrees that all private information including but not limited to Buyers application code disclosed and shared during the course of this bid and project is considered buyer's Confidential information. The coder agrees not to disclose such confidential information to any third party or use it in any way other than for delivery on this project without Buyers's explicity written permission. ## Platform Linux PHP Ajax-Javascript All Major browsers (IE, FF, Opera, Safari, Netscape)
