I would like a simple form that a tech can fill in after he finishes simple technical jobs for clients. The form should be able to be filled in and give a clean printed invoice straight from the web. I would like the form to include a logo for our company, which we have already. The form will be served from our private portion of out website. A db is not really nessicary but can be considered.
