Photography Site Makeover

Job Description:
I'm looking to give my photography site a facelift. I'm looking to make the have an "elegant" feel. Here are some changes I would like.
1. front page to have a auto changing gallery. (I will need some programming to be able to specify which gallery I want as the Home Page Gallery)
2. change colors of website to Light colors. (whites, light blues, etc...whatever looks good and elegant)
3. slight modifications on the booking process, so that it breaks down into 1,2,3 booking process. (also some changes will be needed to include an "add to cart", "add another date" and "checkout" button) i will explain this further once hired.
Also, site is based on Smarty.
