This project should be easy and simple to do, like always, i am too lazy to do it myself.
Let say for example and its a dj service order-form. The starting basic package would be around $50US for 5 hours of the dj music service. Here is where the magic comes in, okay if they want to add another service like more speakers, it will cost them $20US and if they want more hours added to the package, they can add more and it will be $20US an hour. So, below it will look like this.

Automatically total = $130

Grand total = $153
It automatically calculate for them like at [url removed, login to view] ( [url removed, login to view];cs=19&l=en&oc=DXPS400SAPTV&s=dhs )when you customerize your computer, it will show them the total price. .
With my page, they can add or subtract on the hours and my many other services. Once they are done, they click submit, and it will take them to the information page where they will fill out their name, address, and emails, and it will include the features and prices they selected.
THen lastly, once they are done filling out the information and they click NEXT, it will show them a preview page of what they have selected, they can edit if they want to add, delete, or change something. If everything is correct, they can press Submit Order, but they will have two options, they can pay it now with their paypal account, or save it for later where they can enter in their email and password. If they decided to save it for later, it will automatically save in the MySQL database, until they come back and enter their email and password to retrieve their information. If they want to pay in full with paypal and then if everythign goes good in paypal, it will take them back to the thank you and preview page, where they can print a copy and their information automatically sent to their email and mine email too. I want a cookie added, so if they accidently log off, it will be save in their cookie and when they come back to the site, it will show their previous information entered without having enter a new information.
Okay, finally, I want protected page for myself, like a control panel where I can add more features with feature names and prices to my package, with a drop box list, text box, or basic form items. WE can discuss this detail later.
