Operations and Financial Ledger & Tracking System

Overview :

Village Kitchen Hospitality Services is a start-up company setting up a chain of Delivery/Take-away outlets under the brand name Dum-A-Dum. We currently have 5 outlets. To manage the operational aspects and data of these outlets, it is necessary to have IT enablers in the form of online web application to track and report on operational aspects.


We want a web application with the following modules :

1. Utility Usage Trackers - track LPG, Electricity , Petrol consumption within each outlet

2. Online Cash Ledger – utility for the store teams to enter details of all their financial transactions including total daily sales, purchases, bill payments, vendor payments, staff cash advances etc.

3. Customer Connect tracker – utility to track customer feedback and details of calls made to customers.

4. SOP Compliance Tracker – This is more of a checklist for the store management for SOP compliance tracking

5. Payment Tracker – This is a form based application to keep track of all Salary advances, Loans, Vendor payments etc to used by us

Please note that we prefer bids from teams based our of Pune , preferably in Aundh, Baner, Deccan, Kothrud, Bavdhan area
