This project is for a local computer repair company, who want to track and manage their customers more effectively.
An online database system is needed to store customers vital information.
We need to be able to enter a new job from any computer with an internet connection and have it automatically add a history to that customer's record.
When the job is created, a job sheet must be generated in PDF (which has a pre-designed layout) format and emailed to the customer.
We must be able to generate reports that export to CSV and PDF (and we need to be able to choose multiple recipients), such as:
Recent NEW customers (also being able to choose multiple date ranges)
Lead source reports (i.e. where did customers come from)
Mailing list for further marketing
This system must be secure and password protected.
This system must be lightweight, fast and simple to operate.
Graphic design IS NOT necessary, just function. A designer is already available to us.
We are creating this system because we cannot find a CRM which provides us several basic functions without all the extra features that we don't need.
