Need a WP login and DocuSign

Please find the job specs listed below; -Go to our website ([login to view URL]) -Click on the link; Exclusive Properties on the top navigation bar -You should now see a coming soon page. -What we need is to create the login on this page -So people will click the Exclusive Properties Link and go to the login page -Then the user will create their login information here -Then to confirm their login, an email confirmation will need to be sent as well as a text message confirmation to their cell phone -Once the user confirms their login information through email and text message they will be redirected to a DocuSign (a document that you sign over the internet, in which case will be our NDA(Non-disclosure Agreement) -Once they have read our NDA and signed it through a DocuSign then they will be able to see our Exclusive Properties page. -Now as far as content on the exclusives properties page all I want is a list of all of our properties, no pictures no descriptions, nothing! just one line property location that the users can also download in a PDF file as well.
