Myspace Clone & More Features

Front End: We'd like a Myspace clone with all its standard features including the following points: -Members have their own blogs -Site with have 3 different categories -Discussion forums -2-tier Affiliate program -A referral system with 'points' for each member referred -Admin panel for us: A robust, full-featured Admin area is preferred to monitor user profiles, to add our articles and tips to members page -Members can recommend articles and vote on them (like [login to view URL]) -Ability to have a 'friends' list -Ability to create their own 'groups' within the community (-Can add photos -Members can IM each other -Members can recommended books -Blogs are ranked according to popularity -Video Upload - Upload Feature: Provide a feature where users can upload music and then make that song available for their personal webpage only, or for everyone who has a personal page. For example, a local band may want to upload their songs then make them available to everyone. -Music Search Function: To search songs which are available to everyone. -Music Player: Finally there should be a flash player that can appear on their page. -Members can create their own virtual 'room' with objects representing different aspects of the site. - Back-end database in PHP/ MySQL/Linux that allows all these functionality. Project Agreement: All code and design will be our property at the end – it is not allowed to be sold on to second or third parties or licensed out. The code and scripts must be understood by our programmer and by your colleagues in case of future enhancement of functionalities. We are planning with 20,000 members every month and convert our existing 200,000 members in, so bear this in mind for the complexity of the database. There must also be room to expand to around 1 Million Members. If you have portfolios/ examples of similar projects please submit them. We expect you to be available during the programming by telephone and email. You should be able to communicate well in English. If successful, we may also be interested in mid to long-term support and further development with your company. Budget: $2000-$4000 Demo: We want it done professionally. We want someone with experience working on a project like this. We need to see a working demo both for Members Area and Admin area. We do not want MyspaceGold8/PhpFox/AlstraSoftE-Friends/Handshake or anything similar. DO NOT show us one of these with a different template either. You should be reachable via phone and/or IM. Payment Terms: 25% upon completion of successful demo, front-end design and functionality 25% upon completion of a working model (front-end and back-end) 50% upon completion of all testing and satisfactory results 20% Bonus based on our personal satisfaction and the smooth running of the site We'd like the project done in 30 days and ready for launch in January.
