We do need a mobile ad network service smillar to "Buzzcity". Feel free to imagine an online ad network like google-adwords but will be only for mobile sites, mobile surfers, mobile site/application owners and mobile device users! Administration areas both for publishers & advertisers will be web based both also must be reachable from mobile devices too! Winning coder can design/code exactly a service like buzzcity but everything must be in Turkish language as the main language and English can be a secondary language!
