482890 Jobberbase few adjustments

Some small adjustments to my Jobberbase script. 1. Extend the job form in the backend, including all necessary database table adjustments. The form will also be extended with 2 image upload functions (ajax, without page reload). Please refer to attachment for form layout and description. 2. A few wording changes. Because the website is altered to make job postings profile/resume postings. 3. I would the script to automatically send an email after deactivating/deleting an profile with an option and url to activate the profile again. 4. job preference 2 should be included in the other category also. For example. If one candidate applies as an experienced gardener, but also has some experience as pool attendant ('job preference 2' in the db), then we would like his profile to appear in both categories in the frontend (under the categories tabs).
