item swapping website - coding & minor html changes

The project is to create a website that allows people to a specific type of item between users. A one-page HTML design has been created (by myself) but might need to be slightly refined. The project needs to be developed using PHP5 & MySQL.
The basic requirements have been listed below but obviously there are specifics that need to be discussed.
1. Login system
- Allows login from services such as google, facebook etc.
- Create account
- Edit account and account preferences
2. Basic swapping system
- List items
- Search for items
- Browse items via categories
- Send ‘swap’ requests between users.
3. Transaction rating system
- Allows swappers to rate other users transactions.
